Our 12-month workmanship warranty covers fences (wood and metal), artificial grass, hardscaping, patios, and irrigation installations — on work performed completely by us. If something we built or installed fails because of our workmanship within 12 months of project completion, we come back and make it right.

Work installed by the homeowner or another company isn’t covered — we can only warranty what we built ourselves, start to finish.

The Final Walkthrough

When a covered job is finished, we’re happy to walk the finished work with you — we go through everything together, show you how it was built, and answer any questions, and if anything needs attention afterward, your 12-month workmanship warranty has you covered.

Materials

Materials carry their manufacturers’ warranties; we install everything to manufacturer specifications so those warranties stay valid. For example, the landscaping warranty Sacramento homeowners receive covers workmanship, while manufacturer warranties cover the materials themselves.

Plants

Newly installed plants carry a 90-day limited warranty when American Gardens supplied or procured them. Plants supplied by the homeowner are not covered.

Natural sod and fresh natural grass are not covered.
