  • Deep-set posts in concrete — post holes dug 2 to 3 feet deep and set in concrete, so the fence stays straight and solid for years.
  • Waterproof post wrap below ground — every post is wrapped in a waterproof membrane where it enters the soil, protecting it from ground moisture and rot.
  • Pressure-treated posts and rails — the structural frame is pressure-treated lumber, built to resist moisture and insects.
  • Redwood pickets — we recommend redwood for its natural beauty, durability, and resistance to warping.
  • Simpson steel connectors and screws — rails and pickets are fastened with Simpson steel connectors and screws, never nails that loosen over time.
  • Reinforced footings where needed — on repairs and rebuilds we add rebar-reinforced concrete footings for extra strength.

Our Fence Installation Process in Sacramento
